In my opinion, natural is always better. You can add highlights if you like, but you can always tell if someone is dying their hair an unnatural color.

Black's pretty and so is blonde. Brown tends to look dull sometimes...just my opinion. And natural red usually comes along with freckles.

All of them are great, but if you like to color your hair yourself it is better to be blone becuase you can change your hair color to any of the other colors by yourself. I have black hair and I like it but I can only go to brown by myself otherwise I have to go and get it bleached and then put color on it.

for my preference in the opposite sex, jet black. It's something I find extremely sexy, especially if its set up with some sweet light eyes. But jet black all the way. My self I naturally have a mix of brown and light brown, but still .. lol that Jet black is attractive

blond can get kinda non-blonde b/c of the VERRY high probabilty of brown highlights-doesnt get as shiny. Black hair gets MARVLOUSLY shiny thick and luxuriously lustrous-like an azn with a magic straight(which makes your hair super think shiny and straight) of course...then again...i might be a bbbbiiit biased cuz i m a natural raven(black hair)

Lastly and leastly-red hair gets soooo thin and cant get shiny or thick unless you drench it in goo and chemicals,,,and even then it looks terrible-it doesnt hold the capabilities of brunettes and black hair...

Brunettes are my second favorite-there hair gets pretty close to anyting-if you style it correctly and treat it good it can get really pretty:)

btwwwww.......no suh thing as natural black hair-not evn asians -i know wutta disappointment...ppl with back hair get it from chemical dyes-ive met over 300 asians in my life and theyre all VERY dark bruettes that looks like black-i know samme dif but w/e.

its good to try new stuff, but to show the curls of your natural hair, i will recommend a lighter shade of your natural color, something the complements your skin tone. you'll know it when you see it. if still unsure, ask ppl arround you.

i doubt anything like that will damage your hair, but if you can wait, i would, just to make sure that the colors don't mix with eachother.

like when it's time for you to rinse out the blonde dye [after you've already done red] you might end up with some orange streaks because colors are still not finished 'setting up' until your hair has been dried and washed.

do the red today, following the instructions, of course. use the conditioner that came with your coloring agent, and then dry your hair. tomorrow, wash your hair with a gentle shampoo, dry it, then palm in some warm water. then do your highlights.

As long as your hair is healthy (not too dry,no breakage,etc),i guess it would be fine. But perhaps you should try using a rich conditioner like Pantene Pro-V,just in case.

MAC makes a really nice skinny eyeliner thats soft and really glides on. It also twists up so you dont have to sharpen it. You pay a little more but its worth it

Brown is a good natural color not so sure about plum. I like cover girl or mary kay's is real good.

i used to have highlights and i've been dying my hair medium/dark brown to cover the highlights that are growing out and to match my natural hair color. when i get my hair colored, the roots end up looking reddish and brassy. how can i avoid this? shouldn't my hair stylist know how to keep this from happening?

your hair stylest should definatly know how to fix that and how to prevent it all together, you need a diffrent tone of hair color, not a red brown but an ash brown, talk to your stylest about it

can't avoid it. It's because your roots are fresh and newer than the tips. So they're not completely the same as the rest of your hair. Go to a salon, they're goodat helping hide it :D

Yes, she should.

She needs to be using different formulas for your roots and your previously colored hair. Virgin hair takes color differently because it's base colors are not the same as those in the highlighted or colored strands. She apparently needs to be using a neutral color on your roots if she's using a warm on your ends, or a ash on your roots if she's putting neutral on your ends, etc. Your roots are pulling warm tones and processing differently (because of body heat).
