doggie acne maybe..mine had that. Cut any acidic people food scraps out of her diet..tomatoes anything like that. Put some Neosporin ointment on it a couple times a day..antibiotic ointment and you can clean it with hydrogen peroxide to keep the germs down

Maybe she got bit by a bug or spider. That happened to my cat, he got a little spider bite on his head and lost some hair. It was only swollen for a few days and then the hair filled in again. But I would call the vet tomorrow to make sure.

She may be having an allergic reaction (like to her food/water bowls; it is more common with plastic bowls) or some type of skin infection. I would take her to the vet.

I had a cat who got acne on her chin from plastic food bowls. Try ceramic or stainless steel. Your vet can give you some goop to put on it for a week or so, too.

Good luck.

Hi Have you changed her bowls lately??? Dogs sometime are alergic to plastic or even metal bowls. Do you have a raised feeder? It may be to high for her and she is constantly rubbing her chin on the bowls. In any case she needs to be seen by your vet and helped. Only he or she can tell you exactly whats going on.
