How old is your dog? is it a puppy or an adult? Do they look like pimples?

Puppies can get puppy staph (like puppy pimples) and you usually treat that we

1) first medicated shampoo and if that doesn't help

2) antibiotics

Could be a bunch of other things thought, like allergies, etc

They could be flea bites but, If I know what you are talking about I have a better suggestion. I have a 3 year old Male Pit Bull and he has real bad Skin Allergy's. My vet told me that it is a common thing in Pit Bulls. Just bath him with some kind of Sensitive skin wash or Oat mill wash and wait to see if it gets any better. If that doesn't work then your talk to your vet and get a prescription for the bumps. I hope this helps you and hope your dog gets better.
