wait three days and dye it dark auburn with semi permanent color. It is less harmful to your hair. It could look purplish for the first few days but only under florescent light. After that color is mostly gone you can try to dye it red again and it should take. That way you don't have to wait 6 weeks for your hair to recover from the permanent color that you just put on that made it orange.If you don't like Auburn try a different shade of brown but stay away from any hair color that has ASH in the name because it can turn blonde hair green.

well the best thing would be to get a hold of a hair stylist if u dont want to go that way then wait at least one to 2 days dont wash ur hair and then dye is again with semi permanent hair colro and go for a darker color....semi permanent is the best to use on ur hair b/c usually it has no ammonia...and causes little to no damage.. good luck with everything...

Yeah, go to a beauty store. They have somethig that gets rid of all the dyed hair colors on your hair and leaves your hair looking how it used to.

Go to a professional ....right away before you do anything else. You are now in the category of hair color correction and the stylist is going to charge you more...but you are going to get the color you want and not some weird muddy looking crap. Then you will have to let it all grow out before you can get a nice looking color again. I have seen this so many time in my career.
