You have to bleach you hair. There are ways to do it. After bleaching your hair, it will be SUPER blonde, and then when you dye your hair, the color will be deeper and bolder.

Go to a salon for a colour correction! If you try doing it yourself with drugstore products you could really damage your hair!

yeah you're going to have to bleach it then leave the bleach on for 30 or so minutes, every one says it kills your hair but it really doesn't hurt it that bad.

I suggest going to Sally's Beauty supplies and talking to an associate, they are GODS they will tell you everything you need to know and sell everything you need if your going to do it yourself.

I buy all my rainbow hair dye from there, cause that's where most saloons buy all of there exotic stock from. :)
